SBP 150 semi-automatic machine with electronic control and pneumatic operation for cutting the shank of hams, shoulders and similar products.
The product is locked by a plate perpendicular to the worktop, which allows the operator to work in complete freedom of movement.
The operator positions the product according to the desired cutting size and can debone the shoulder bone or the haunch bone simultaneously through a system integrated in the machine and a specific pneumatic clamp.
