Manual deboning station for hams, shoulders, speck, similar products.

The machine is designed to complete and integrate the processing lines, deboning and skinning with completely pneumatic operation.

The product is blocked by a pneumatic system perpendicular to the work surface, which allows the operator, in an ergonomically correct position, to debone the product with freedom of movement and safety.
